How do I receive my order?
All our products are digital - nothing is shipped. After your purchase is confirmed you'll receive an email with a download link. Click the link to access your delivery PDF, which contains your personalised Canva template link and instructions.
How long does delivery take?
Instantly. Your download link is sent automatically the moment your payment is processed - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including weekends and public holidays.
Do I need a Canva account?
You need a free Canva account to edit your templates. If you don't have one, creating an account takes less than two minutes at canva.com. No paid subscription is required.
** EDITING & CUSTOMISING **

What can I change in the template?
You can edit all text fields - including names, dates, times, venues, RSVP details and any other written content. The illustrations and background artwork are locked to preserve the design quality.
Can I change the colors or fonts?
The templates are designed with a specific colour palette and font pairing that we feel works best for each theme. Minor font changes are possible within Canva's free font library. If you'd like a fully custom design with different colours, please contact us.
Can I add my own photos?
Yes - Canva allows you to upload and insert your own images into any unlocked area of the template.
What if I make a mistake while editing?
No problem. Simply use Canva's undo function (Ctrl+Z / Cmd+Z) or click the template link again to start fresh — it always opens a clean copy of the original design.
Can multiple people edit the same template?
Each template link creates one personal copy per user. If you'd like to share editing access with someone else, you can share your Canva file directly from your account using Canva's built-in sharing feature.

What file formats can I download?
- **PNG** — best for digital sharing via WhatsApp, email, Instagram
- **PDF Print** — best for home printing or taking to a print shop
- **MP4** — for animated eVites only
What size should I print at?
- Invitations: 5x7 inches
- Welcome Sign: 12x16 inches
- Thank You Cards: 4x6 inches
- Table Signs: 5x7 inches or A5
Can I print at home?
Yes. Download as PDF Print and print on card stock for best results. We recommend at least 200gsm card stock for invitations and signs.

Yes. Download as PDF Print at the highest quality setting and any print shop will be able to print from that file.

How do I share the animated eVite?
Download the animated version as an MP4 file from Canva. You can then share it directly via WhatsApp, Instagram DM, email or any messaging platform that supports video.
Can I print the animated eVite?
Not the animated version — but every animated eVite bundle includes a static PNG/PDF version for printing.
Will the animation work on all phones?
Yes. MP4 is universally supported on all modern smartphones and devices.

Can you create a custom design for me?
We offer custom design services on a limited basis. Please contact us at hello@konceptsandkeepsakes.com with your vision, event details and timeline and we'll let you know if we can help.
Can I request a specific theme or colour scheme?
Yes - include as much detail as possible in your custom order enquiry and we'll do our best to accommodate.
