**Welcome to your Koncepts & Keepsakes template.**

This guide walks you through everything you need to personalise your design from start to finish — no design experience required.

STEP 1 - OPEN YOUR TEMPLATE

After purchase, check your email for your order confirmation. Open the attached delivery PDF and click your Canva template link.

Canva will open in your browser and show you a preview of the design. Click **"Use template"** — this creates your own personal editable copy. You will never edit the original.

*If you don't have a Canva account yet, you'll be prompted to create a free one. This takes less than two minutes.*

STEP 2 - NAVIGATE YOUR FILE

Your bundle is organised across multiple pages within one Canva file:

- **Page 1** — Invitation (digital version)
- **Page 2** — Invitation (printable/static version)
- **Page 3** — Welcome Sign
- **Page 4** — Gift Table Sign
- **Page 5** — Food Table Sign
- **Page 6** — Thank You Card

You can navigate between pages using the page thumbnails at the bottom of the screen.

STEP 3 - EDIT YOUR TEXT

Click on any text element to select it. A text editing toolbar will appear at the top of the screen.

**To change text:**
Simply click into the text box and type your new content. Replace all placeholder text with your event details.

**Text fields to update on your invitation:**
- Baby's name / event name
- Date (day and full date)
- Time (start and end)
- Venue name
- Full address
- RSVP contact name and details
- RSVP deadline date
- Hosted by (host names)
- Registry link (optional)

**Tips:**
- Don't delete entire text boxes — click inside and replace the text instead
- If text appears too large or small, select it and adjust the font size using the toolbar
- To centre or align text, use the alignment buttons in the toolbar

STEP 4 - ADD YOUR PHOTO (OPTIONAL)

If your template includes a photo placeholder:

1. Click the placeholder area
2. Click **"Replace"** in the toolbar
3. Choose **"Upload files"** to use your own photo
4. Select your image and it will replace the placeholder

STEP 5 - REVIEW YOUR DESIGN

Before downloading, zoom in to check:
- All names are spelt correctly
- Dates and times are accurate
- Address is complete
- RSVP details are correct
- Nothing important is cut off at the edge

STEP 6 - DOWNLOAD YOUR FILES

Click **Share** in the top right corner → **Download**

Choose your format:

**For digital sharing (WhatsApp, Instagram, email):**
Select **PNG** → download

**For printing at home or at a print shop:**
Select **PDF Print** → download

**For animated eVite:**
Select **MP4 Video** → download
*(animated eVite page only)*

**To download one page at a time:**
In the download settings, select **"Select pages"** and choose which page you want.

**STEP 7 — SHARE OR PRINT**

**Digital sharing:**
Send your PNG or MP4 directly via WhatsApp, email, Instagram DM or any messaging app.

**Home printing:**
Print your PDF on card stock (200gsm or heavier recommended). Use your printer's highest quality setting.

**Print shop:**
Take your PDF Print file to any local print shop. They will be able to print from this file. Specify your required sizes:
- Invitations: 5x7 inches
- Welcome Sign: 8x10 inches
- Thank You Cards: 4x6 inches
- Table Signs: 5x7 inches or A5

**TROUBLESHOOTING**

*I can't click on the text.*
Make sure you clicked **"Use template"** when the design opened. If you're viewing a read-only version, click the template link again and select Use template.

*The text is too long and doesn't fit.*
Reduce the font size slightly using the font size field in the toolbar, or shorten your text.

*I accidentally deleted something.*
Press Ctrl+Z (Windows) or Cmd+Z (Mac) to undo. You can also click the template link again to start fresh.

*I can't find my download link.*
Check your spam or junk folder. Search for emails from hello@konceptsandkeepsakes.com. If you still can't find it, contact us and we'll resend it.
